1. Checkout and Payment

(1) Studio Classes

Payments for studio classes are processed through the partnering studio listed on the class description page, unless otherwise stated on the Good Vibrations Yoga website. Each studio maintains its own checkout and payment policies.

(2) Events, Private Sessions, Packages, and Shop Products

Payments for events, private sessions, class packages, and shop products are facilitated directly through the Good Vibrations Yoga website. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

 

2. Cancellations

(1) Studio Classes

Cancellations and refund requests for studio classes booked through an outside studio must be handled directly with that studio, following their individual cancellation policy.

(2) Good Vibrations Yoga Bookings

Cancellations for classes, events, private sessions, and packages booked directly through Good Vibrations Yoga must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to qualify for a full refund or rescheduling.
Class packages may be cancelled at any time; however, refunds will only apply to unused portions of the package as outlined below.

 

3. Refunds and Returns

(1) Classes

There are no refunds for single classes purchased directly through Good Vibrations Yoga once booked, except in cases of class cancellation by us.

(2) Events, Private Sessions, and Packages

Payments for events, private sessions, and packages are fully refundable when the session or event is cancelled within the 48-hour window prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made after that window may not be eligible for a refund.

(3) Shop Products

Products purchased through the Good Vibrations Yoga online shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in original condition.
Please ensure the product is returned to the address listed on your delivery receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or event details at any time. If a class or event is cancelled by Good Vibrations Yoga, participants will receive the option to reschedule or request a full refund.

5. Product Shipping

Products purchased through the Good Vibrations Yoga Shop are processed and shipped via the provider and according to the ETA timelines noted on each individual product page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Good Vibrations Yoga is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in any Good Vibrations Yoga class, event, or private session, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. You agree to release and hold harmless Good Vibrations Yoga and its instructors from any liability arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

Your personal information is handled securely and used only for processing orders, scheduling, and communication purposes. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more details.

7. Modifications to Terms

Good Vibrations Yoga reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
